Coronavirus Shipping Update

First of all we would like to thank all of our customers for their patience at this very turbulent time. We understand it can be frustrating to wait for something you have ordered and we are working hard to resolve our current backlog. Please find below our update which should answer the majority of common questions.

Why have I not received an update on my order?
All customers have been sent an email update advising them of delays. If you have not picked this up it may have been moved to your spam folder by mistake.
My tracking number is not working on Royal Mail website.
The number you have been provided on your receipt is not a tracking number, this is your order reference number and cannot be used on the Royal Mail website. When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification.
How much longer do I need to wait for my delivery?
Due to previous staff shortages we have, understandably, had to deal with a backlog. We are however, confident every order will be dispatched on or before the first week in May.
Can I cancel my order?
As all orders are currently being processed we are not able to cancel pending orders as they may or may not already be out for delivery.
